3. Operation manual:
(1).fix the tool at the edge of the table with the screwfixing stand of following the figure.
(2) move the movable shaft handle back to the startingposition with movable tool rest through polish rod, loosen themovable shaft handle.
(3) fasten the fruit between the fasteners of 8 and9
(4)while swinging the handle (1), the fruit rolls, themovable tool rest (18) moves forward at the same time the U-shapedparing knife (17) peels the fruit. After that, wewill get the perfect fruit without skin.
(5) loosen the butterfly shaped screw (15) and adjust thespace betweeen the U-shaped paring knife and tongue part of movabletool rest (18) so as to change the thickness of peeledskin.
(6)adjusting the screw on the latter part ofmovable tool test (18) to adjust the space between the top of (18)and the fruit .
4.Matter needing attention:
(1) it''s no need to fasten the fruit tootightly.
(2)please pay attention to the U- shaped paring knifeavoiding hurting your hands.
(3) after using it, please clean it to prevent the fruitjuice from corroding the tool.
